Born in Eugene, Oregon, rock and roll called to him at an early age. He started his first band and won a local Battle of the Bands contest at the age of 11.
By the age of 19, he was regularly playing in bands around the Pacific Northwest. Greg founded Sequel, which rose to prominence in the 80’s, releasing three albums and packing clubs and concert venues around the Pacific Northwest. In 2011, Sequel was inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame. Induction into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame is based on several criteria including contributions to music in Oregon as well as their impact on music around the world. Greg is honored to be part of the illustrious list of performers enshrined in the Hall of Fame.
Greg has released two solo albums. “100% by Volume” and “Imaginary Theme Songs“. You can check them out on Greg’s SoundCloud home page.
